At CCP, we think it's important that you know what we require of our employees. These requirements assure that your little one's are taken care of and loved to the best of our abilities.
- Know, serve, and love God. This requires regular church attendance most Sundays
- Graduate from an accredited school or an equivalent
- Tact, discretion and good judgment
- Ability to organize and follow directions, policies, regulations and rules
- Good spelling and grammar
- Ability to handle detailed work, implement daily lesson plans, and follow schedules
- Ability to speak distinctly and to communicate verbally
- Evidence of emotional maturity and stability
- Good physical health
- Drug test and screening periodically
- Criminal background check
- Understand and support the mission, philosophy, and goals of CCP
- First Aid training certification
- Yearly CPR certifications
- 3 hours of Health and Safety Training yearly
- 12 hours of traning per year in job related subjects
- Attend onsite staff training meetings quarterly (4 times per year)
- View 2 instructional videos per month and submit a paper to the director on each
- Be self-motivated and increase knowledge and skills by attending meetings, workshops, and reading literature related to the field of child development including instructional videos
